Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The bedrooms have a bright, spacious atmosphere with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breath-taking views to ease your way into your morning. In-suite laundry is included for your convenience. The on-suite of the master bathroom features a 2 x 6 shower enclosure with wall-to-wall countertops and 2 sinks. The second bathroom has a full-size stand up shower with tub. With 2 bathrooms, there will be plenty of space and privacy.
Kitchen
Share laughter and conversation with your guests in the kitchen which is fully equipped with new Kitchen Aid appliances, quartz counter tops and an intricate tile back splash. The kitchen has a large island which can be used for food preparation and as a breakfast bar that seats 4.
Executive Offices
Elegantly appointed with mahogany executive furnishings to complement the modernist design, our Executive Offices allow our clients to enjoy the services of a dynamic corporate environment and a sophisticated office equipment package without the traditionally associated overhead.

The gym, change room, and sauna are currently closed until further notice.
Residents of Nelson Square enjoy 24-hour security, on-site maintenance and
management staff, a fitness center, and meeting rooms. Parking (one unreserved) is included in a secured underground parkade with surveillance cameras.

Gym
The gym is currently closed until further notice.
Nelson Square has a new and expanded gym located on the Mezzanine level and available for tenants use only. It features spinning bicycles, strength & cardio machines and free weights. Membership provides access to changing rooms, showers and day lockers.
Lunchroom
Available for tenants on the Mezzanine level, the lunchroom features a 55″ tv, table & chairs, microwave, separate fridge & freezer, large sink and recycling.
There is currently a limited seating capacity.
Bike Cage
Our newest amenity available to all commercial tenants for daily use, the bike cage is located on parking level P2. There are 28 bike racks available on a first come, first serve basis. An access code is required, which may be obtained by emailing info@nelsonsquare.ca. There is no cost to utilize this amenity.
Meeting Rooms
Our exceptionally tailored Meeting Rooms offer full amenities for all meeting and conferencing needs. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a bright environment with state-of-the-art Wi-Fi technology and HDMI connections to 70-80 inches Flat Screen Smart TV’s. Clients will also enjoy full access to lunch room facilities.
Art Beatus
In an innovative cultural exchange between East and West, Nelson Square is proud to feature the Art Beatus Gallery, established in Hong Kong in 1992 and introduced to Vancouver in 1996. As the only gallery in the world that exhibits on both sides of the Pacific, Art Beatus highlights modern and contemporary world art with a distinct focus on highly acclaimed Asian works. The spirit of the Gallery can be felt throughout Nelson square, with rotating works of art prominently displayed in the Lobby and Meeting Rooms.
Parking
WestPark is proud to be managing parking services for Nelson Square. Both transient and monthly parking amenities are available.
Transient parking, consisting of hourly, daily and evening public pay parking, is available on Level P1, while Levels P2 and P3 are restricted to monthly parking only. The opera?on of the parking facility is based on a pay?by?plate methodology and requires parking guests to recall their license plate in order to make a payment or when registering for monthly parking. The pay station accepts Visa, Master?Card and American Express credit card payments, as well as Interac Debit Cards,and processes Apple Pay and Google Pay. WestPark is pleased to also offer the advantage of online pre?booking by visiting our website at westpark.com, or use our Park Indigo App, which can be downloaded at the Apple Store or through Google Play (please refer to Lot 268 when booking online or using the App). Also available at Nelson Square is the ability to pay with the PaybyPhone application; simply refer to code 1877 for this facility.
Monthly parking payments are due in advance, on the first of every month. WestPark accepts payment by credit card (Visa, Master?Card and American Express) or through pre?authorized debit from most banks. In order to set?up your account for automatic payment by credit card, please contact the WestPark parking office directly at 604.669.7275 (please do not send credit card information by e?mail or leave it on a message). For direct debit from a bank account, please scan and e?mail a copy of a void cheque to guestservices@westpark.com.

Building Guidelines:
- The use of face masks or face coverings in the main lobby and elevators is essential and necessary.
- Maintain 2 meters of physical distance.
- Make use of the hand sanitizer stations throughout the main lobby and parkade elevator lobbies.
- Tenants and visitors with flu-like symptoms are encouraged to seek medical attention and to not enter the building.
- Please follow the arrow stickers on the floor when entering and exiting the building.
- No eating food, drinking or gathering in the main lobby.
- Elevators are limited to 2 passengers per cab to meet physical distancing requirements.
